SALT LAKE COUNTY VOTING INFORMATION

The GENERAL ELECTION will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.

  • To check your registration status or view your sample ballot, use “Search by Name” here.

  • Ballots for the General Election will be mailed the week of October 11th

  • A postage-paid return envelope will be provided

  • Ballots returned by mail must be postmarked no later than November 7th (the day before Election Day)

  • Ballots may also be returned in person. Visit “Return Options” for a list

  • Early Voting will start October 26th-November 4th. More information HERE

  • Voter Centers will be open on Election Day for voters who either require amenities provided by the electronic voting machines, misplaced their ballots, or otherwise need to vote in person. Find Vote Centers listed below

  • Track your returned ballot online to ensure delivery at: GOT-VOTE.org

Early Voting will take place from October 26th-November 4th on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.  Hours may vary.

SLCo Government Center Voting – Early, Election Day, Ballot Dropoff

The Salt Lake County Government Center will host both Early Voting and Election Day voting for the entire county. In-Office voting starts October 11th, 2016 from 8:00 am-5:00 pm M-F. On Election Day the SLCo Vote Center will be open 7:00 am-8:00 pm.

Vote-by-Mail Ballot dropoff boxes are also available outside the of the South building and inside the Election Division Office (room S1-200)
